An Okay Stay, but Underwhelming

The free entry to Atlantis was good and saved some money.
The sea view balcony room I booked was not what I expected. I was told that the rooms were not close, and one had no balcony. This was a problem because both adults are smokers and wanted balconies close to each other.

I found the staff friendly and helpful during my entire stay. I got a room upgrade upon arrival to a fantastic suite. The chefs were more than happy to accommodate my gluten-free dietary requirements, which I greatly appreciated. I especially loved the fine skyline view during sunset.
Fresh wallpaper and paint would improve the overall feel.

The hotel offers a sparkling pool and landscaped grounds. It creates a very relaxed and luxurious atmosphere. A swim-up bar offers lively and refreshing experiences, thanks to Frederick. The grounds are immaculately kept adding to the overall experience.

The room was spacious and beautifully designed. It also features thoughtful amenities that are great. There is ample storage space so you can keep your belongings tidy. Independent air conditioning controls for each room are very convenient.

The food choice was GREAT and the quality was good. I loved it!!! The hotel features two buffet dining restaurants plus three a la carte restaurants. The buffet dining is superb and the staff provides excellent service.

The hotel provides easy access to nearby attractions, like Emirates Mall using the free shuttle. The hotel is right at the end of the Palm so very secluded. The location allows for easy exploration of the area.
