I had a pleasant experience overall at Rixos The Palm, with excellent service and spacious rooms that made my stay enjoyable. However, I was disappointed with the pool hours closing at 7 pm and limited dining options due to some ongoing renovations. Breakfast was a bit chaotic too, but I appreciated the nice touch of Eid greetings from the manager. Despite some setbacks, I can see why this hotel is popular for families.

I had an amazing ten-night stay at Rixos The Palm during Christmas. The spacious three-bedroom suite was a good surprise, complete with a stunning wraparound balcony and amazing views of the Burj. While the hotel could use some updates in certain areas, the really good service, especially towards my children, made it feel like home. My only critiques would be the cocktail knowledge at the bars and the need for more dining options.
